The Imperial Roadster
We work with Murray Pfaff quite often on renderings for magazine project cars and other stuff, but he also has projects of his own. Here's his latest. He bought a '59 Chrysler Imperial four-door for $600 and is going to slice and dice it until it's a 50's-style roadster the size of a VW Karmann-Ghia. That's a lot ofhacking. |

On The Street With Heat
The World of Super Rodding has come a long way
since enthusiasts were building cars as a result of
the components on hand rather than by conceptual
layouts. But that was about neccesity, and today the
hobby has taken on an entirely new impetus and
style, thanks largely to the vision of those who have
the ability to see beyond what's been and look
instead to what can result with the right combination
of skill, parts and risk.

Just Plain Nasty
When Martin Barkey decided to build up this '06
Ford Super Duty Harley-Davidson Edition truck, he
did it the right way. He started with a stunning
artist's impression and then put the best people
possibleon the job. |

Project Thundertruck
Herculiner, Peak, and Ford Racing are looking to
pick up where Ford left off with the last Lightning
with their '07 F-150 giveaway truck. The goal is to
build an F-150 that outperforms the Salem S-331
Roush Stage 3, and Dodge Viper-powered SRT10.

Radical Renderings
Murray's Grand Cherokee SRT8 is built - not for the
rush of adrenaline and endorphins that folors a
high-speed run down the track - but for chasing
swirling masses of water and air.
