Sammy Hagar’s Red Rocker utilized a hot rod rapid prototype system helped developed by Pfaff Designs.  We went from digital renderings to 3-D CAD drawings from which foam parts were carved.  The foam was fitted and tweaked until just right.  Then tooling was made from the foam and viola! - a rapid prototype body kit.
